15 miles? What route did you take? We should run together next weekend if I can keep up. What was your pace today?

From Preston on Sat, Jan 31, 2009 at 23:25:41

15 miles, went well. Averaged around 8 minute pace, typically go out slower first 5, pacing second 5, above marathon pace last 5 (difficult today due to headwind was strong). Would love to run next weekend, hadn't heard from you so great to hear back from you. Longer ones get a little boring by yourself!!

From rattletrap on Sun, Feb 01, 2009 at 01:12:49

This is the course I ran today: The Giant Killer we could do that one and maybe continue on a ways toward the golf course if you want unless you have a route you like better. Friday and Saturday I have until around noon; Sunday I need to be home by 9.

From preston on Sun, Feb 01, 2009 at 16:22:45

That's a route i typically love but been staying off hills last week or so and will continue to do so for about a month, dealing with a mild it band pain. A flat course i do, run up to Steilacoom park, then there is a 3.25 mile loop of mostly flat trail that i do a few times (better on my knee). Sat am or early sun may work

Sounds good, I'll email you my number. Give me a call ahead of time to set a meeting place and time.

This blog of yours is getting pretty stale. I know you've been running since February... :)

From Preston on Fri, Mar 20, 2009 at 20:53:34 from 24.19.95.42

Pretty pathetic to say the least, time to get back to it

From rattletrap on Sat, May 30, 2009 at 17:09:16 from 24.19.93.139

Hey, don't you need to update your marathon PR?

From preston on Sun, May 31, 2009 at 09:41:10 from 24.19.95.42

Hey, can I have a dollar?

From DLTheo on Mon, Jun 13, 2011 at 11:30:14 from 155.130.107.41

You should post some more runs on here. And update your accomplishments and goals.

Yeah, what he said...

I agree, plan to get back to this posting. Biggest post right now is: injury, can't run right now, limping around with a calf tear. Was feeling better saturday, tried to go out light and made it maybe 200meters, now in a lot of pain. I love cross training :(

From rAtTLeTrAp on Mon, Jun 13, 2011 at 14:40:34 from 75.196.78.152

Bummer! I thought you were getting better when I saw you running across the park with a smile on your face. You should post more when you can. People will read it, be encouraged, and achieve their dream of going to Boston. Trust me on this one :)
