short run morning, warmed up going up hills out of town, then pushed the pace home (mostly flat)

 felt great, legs loose, hills still tough on me, i am such a wooseee.

You should see the Big Sur course. The elevation charts online do not do it justice. It is all either uphill or downhill. We drove it twice last night and there are no flats at all.

Eugene is the same way. 10 foot elevation gain over this mile; 10 foot drop over the next two miles... :)

perfect course for you. too bad i am not running it, you could run up the hills backwards making fun of how slow i am running
